Welcome to our office in West Des Moines. We are located on the second floor, west side of the building. Feel free to park in the front of the building and come in the main doors or park on the west side of the building and take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. All communication including scheduling appointments is done through our clinicians or Amela, our RN, for medication management. When you get to our office, you do NOT need to check in. Your clinician will come out to the waiting room at your appointment time to get you. If you have any questions, please contact your clinician directly. Thank you!
